It was a relatively quiet week for us. We focused on our regular work and deal flow this week. While finance team was working on auditors for funds, investment teams focused on new investments. We extended term sheets and hope to move forward.
Flow48 will close its new investment round this week, with Breega VC's lead and 212's participation. We started 2025 with Flow48’s new round and expect to complete new rounds from other portfolio companies this year, like 2024.
Simya finalized the 12th investment from Simya I. With this investment, Simya I completes portfolio and will continue investments from Simya II. Stay tuned to for news of more investments soon as they are already working on it. I’ll share more details on the 12th investment after the official announcement.

Commitment | Committed Capital
The total capital pledged by investors, a.k.a. Limited Partners (LPs), to a fund. This represents the maximum amount the fund can call from its investors. Usually, in VC world, fund managers (General Partners, GPs) call this capital when they need to invest, pay expenses or fees. However, some funds may have scheduled and defined capital call days and amounts.
